Qualifications

• Previous experience working with the elderly is preferred.
• Must be able to perform job duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must pass necessary tests (e.g., CPR, First Aid).

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing and grooming.
• Engage residents in conversation and activities.
• Respond promptly to resident care requests.
• Assist in the cleanliness of the community and resident rooms.
• Support residents during meal times.
