Job summary

Vista Prairie at Goldfinch Estates in Fairmont, MN is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant to provide compassionate, resident-centered care. You will assist with daily activities, support mobility, and help maintain a safe, respectful living environment for our seniors.

We offer flexible full-time and part-time schedules, competitive pay ($19.19–$22.25/hour) with shift differentials and generous benefits. Quick hiring and sign-on bonuses of up to $1,000 for qualifying hours are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Training in health-related disciplines and/or experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care with dignity and respect.
• Assist residents with personal cares such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Support residents with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Administer or assist with medications according to care plans and training.
• Build positive relationships and create meaningful moments with residents.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and requests.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions to appropriate staff.
