Job summary

Senior Lifestyle Corporation’s Addison of Cherry Hill community is seeking a friendly dining associate to provide food and beverage service to residents and guests. You will take orders, coordinate with the kitchen, deliver meals promptly, and keep dining areas clean and welcoming.

No experience is required; training is provided, including food safety and basic POS/payroll system use. Must communicate clearly in English and maintain a positive attitude with residents and coworkers.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Food safety training may be required to obtain licenses/certificates.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in English.
• Basic computer skills for POS and payroll systems.
• Ability to make independent decisions when needed.
• Ability to solve practical problems in variable situations.

Responsibilities

• Take food orders and communicate to kitchen, deliver to residents and guests promptly.
• Ensure resident/guest satisfaction by responding quickly to needs and requests.
• Buss and reset tables and complete side work.
• Maintain a professional demeanor toward residents, visitors and staff.
