• Make nursing diagnoses to guide care strategy.
• Collaborate with residents and healthcare team; record medication administration.
• Monitor staff and ensure adherence to safety regulations and facility procedures.
• Follow procedures for nursing equipment and supplies and perform other duties as directed.
