Job summary

Heritage Pointe is seeking a housekeeping team member to maintain clean and safe living environments for residents and staff. Duties include cleaning, polishing, restocking, and reporting maintenance needs, while following all health codes and facility policies.

You will be responsible for maintaining hygiene, following schedules, and assisting with additional tasks as directed by supervisors. A dependable work ethic and the ability to adhere to safety standards are essential.

Responsibilities

• Follow Indiana Health codes and policies.
• Follow Heritage Pointe policies and procedures.
• Estimate supplies to prevent unnecessary refilling.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment for residents and staff.
• Report to work as scheduled and be dependable.
• Assist as needed within restrictions and supervisor guidance.
• Inspect and tidy assigned areas per schedule (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Operate housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing.
