Addington Place of Johns Creek is seeking a team member to keep resident apartments and common areas clean and welcoming. You will assist in readying vacant apartments for move-ins and respond promptly to resident needs with a positive, professional attitude.

Responsibilities include addressing resident requests, aiding in emergencies when needed, and maintaining friendly interactions with residents and staff to support a safe, comfortable living environment.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of resident apartments, hallways and other common areas.
• Assist in preparing empty apartments for resident move-ins.
• Ensure resident/guest satisfaction by responding quickly to needs and requests.
• You may be asked to help respond to resident emergencies.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers.
