Job summary

Healthcare Services Group, Inc is hiring a Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe environment in a long-term care facility. You will perform daily cleaning of resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas while following safety guidelines and infection control policies.

Starting pay is USD 16.00 per hour. Benefits include telemedicine, prescription discounts, EAP, and other programs. This role requires reliability and good communication with residents and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• COVID-19 vaccination policy compliance.
• Residency within the service area required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of all areas following established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions policies to ensure a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
