Job summary

Better Living is seeking a Resident Assistant in Muscatine, IA to support residents with daily activities and provide compassionate care. You will collaborate with nurses and leadership to deliver quality care aligned with Better Living values, ensuring dignity and independence for residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in caregiving or senior living is a plus but not required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring, and mobility support.
• Provide meal assistance, hydration, and encouragement to maintain independence.
• Observe and report changes in condition promptly to the nurse or Health & Wellness Director.
• Support residents in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.
