Job summary

Deerfield Ridge is seeking a Resident Care Coordinator to support residents with daily tasks and ensure a safe, enjoyable living environment. The role focuses on planning, directing, and assisting with resident care staffing and service needs within certification scopes.

This is a full-time opportunity with Navion Senior Solutions, including collaboration with the Director of Clinical Services to orient and train staff, maintain regulatory documentation, and participate in community events and

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Experience or training in an equivalent setting preferred.
• CMA certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Complete scheduling for resident care staff.
• Orient, monitor progress and reinforce training of resident care staff with the Director of Clinical Services.
• Complete all Navion Senior Solutions and state required documentation in a timely manner.
• Assist the Director of Clinical Services in implementing state regulations as required.
• Manager on duty coverage, present the community, participate in staff meetings, plan and implement marketing and community events.
• Audit Medication Administration Report (MAR) and notify pharmacy of changes.
• Conduct regular inspections of resident records and maintain compliance with state regulations.
• Complete resident assessments as outlined by Navion Senior Solutions and licensure guidelines in a timely manner.
