Legend Senior Living in Colorado is seeking an outstanding Resident Care Coordinator to support clinical services such as resident medication management, service planning and supervising the nursing staff. You will make a difference in residents' lives by ensuring they receive excellent direct care.

This role involves coordinating shift coverage, participating in assessments, communicating with families, and acting as the lead supervisor in the Director's absence.

Qualifications

• State certification to pass medications required.
• CPR certification current and active.
• Prefer 1 year of experience passing medications.
• Prior supervisory experience in senior living preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train the nursing staff to ensure quality of care.
• Provide resident care during staffing needs, including on-call rotation.
• Complete the daily shift report and communicate changes to staff.
• Verify distribution and documentation of medications and orders.
• Participate in regular resident assessments and service planning.
• Assist move-in/move-out tours, orientation, and family communication.
• Act as lead supervisor in the Director’s absence.

We are looking for an outstanding individual to join the nursing team as a Resident Care Coordinator. You will support clinical services such as resident medication management, service planning and supervising the nursing staff. You will make a difference in the lives of residents by ensuring they receive excellent direct care.

Responsibilities--

Resident Care Coordinator

• Supervising and training the nursing staff to ensure quality of care
• Providing resident care when there are staffing needs, including on-call rotation
• Completing the daily shift report and communicating changes or concerns to the appropriate staff
• Verifying the proper distribution and required documentation of medication, treatments and orders
• Participating in regular resident assessments and service planning, and following up with ancillary health care services as needed
• Assisting with the move-in and move-out process including tours, orientation and family communication
• Acting as the lead supervisor in the Director’s absence

Requirements--Resident Care Coordinator

• Required: State certification to pass medications
• Required: Current CPR certification
• Prefer: at least 1 year of experience passing medications
• Prefer: previous experience supervising direct care staff, preferably in a senior living environment
