Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Resident Care Associate (RCA) to support Assisted Living, Memory Care and Independent Living residents. This on-site role provides general non-certified routine services per established procedures under supervision.

The RCA will assist with daily activities, personal care, housekeeping, laundry, and meal service, ensuring residents receive attentive, respectful care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with housekeeping and laundry services including trash removal and making/changing unoccupied beds.
• Provides resident assistance with activities of daily living including hygiene care, incontinence, bathing and grooming.
• Assists with all aspects of meal service including transportation to dining room, tray delivery, and ensuring a great dining experience.
