Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Ohio seeks a Resident Care Associate to provide general, non-certified routine services while pursuing training to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.). You will assist with meals, housekeeping, and resident engagement under supervision in a long-term care environment.

The role includes training toward CNA certification and hands-on experience with compassionate resident care, with benefits and weekly pay as highlighted by Trilogy’s Thrive program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with housekeeping and laundry services including trash removal and changing unoccupied beds.
• Assists with all aspects of meal service including transportation to dining room, tray delivery, and ensuring a great dining experience.
• Provides customer service, companionship, and communication with residents by answering call lights and checking in frequently.
• Assists with personal care responsibilities according to state regulatory guidelines.
• Attends and participates in a training program leading to CNA certification.
