Navion Senior Solutions in Georgia is seeking a dedicated Resident Care Aide to provide hands-on daily living assistance, build meaningful relationships with residents, and support a comfortable, home-like environment on the 11pm-7am shift.

You will assist with bathing, dressing, dining, and mobility, document changes, and communicate with families, while adhering to state regulations. A High School diploma or GED and a compassionate, team-oriented attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience assisting residents with daily living activities.
• Must be patient, compassionate and have good communication.
• Ability to work on 3rd shift and in a team.
• Knowledge of state regulations and documentation.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transfer, mobility, and incontinence care.
• Prepare residents for meals, snacks and activities.
• Assist residents in dining room including serving meals and clearing tables.
• Respond to resident emergency call system.
• Observe, document and report to Resident Care Coordinator or designee any changes to residents’ condition.
• Communicate with residents and family members in a polite, professional manner.
• Maintain required resident care documentation per State regulations and Navion Senior Solutions policies and procedures.
• Transport residents when required.

• Previous experience working with seniors preferred

• Ability to make choices, decisions and act in the resident’s best interest

• Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication and a level of understanding

• Competent in organizational and time management skills

• Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills
