We are currently seeking an energetic and dedicatedResident Care Aide this is an excellent opportunity for those with both FT and PT availability

Schedule: Full Time - 2nd Shift, 2:00pm - 10:00pm

Salary: $15.50 - $16.50 per hour, plus a shift differential - based on experience

Resident Care Aide Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting our memory impaired residents to complete tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing while maintaining the residents’ dignity and promoting their independence

  • Ensure compliance and understanding of all regulations regarding residents’ rights

  • Maintain and document proper records of care

  • Immediately report changes in resident’s condition to the supervisor:evidence of illness, changes in behavior, personal care needs not being met, medication issues, residents’ whereabouts unknown, etc.

  • Promote and encourage residents to participate in community activities

Resident Care Aide Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred

  • One year working in a care giving capacity preferred

  • Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly required
