Peregrine Senior Living in Cheektowaga, NY is seeking an energetic Resident Care Aide to support memory care residents with daily activities, dignity, and independence. The role emphasizes compassionate care, precise documentation, and timely reporting of condition changes.
Qualified candidates may have a CNA/HHA/PCA certification or be pursuing one, with preferred experience in caregiving and a genuine desire to work with older adults.
Schedule:
Full-Time: Tuesday-Saturday, 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. or 10:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m.
Part-Time: Sunday-Monday, 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. or 10:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m.
Salary: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour, based on experience.
Shift differential is available for evening and weekend shifts.

We are currently seeking an energetic and dedicated Resident Care Aide.
Assist memory care residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and dressing, while maintaining their dignity and promoting independence.
Ensure compliance with and understanding of all regulations regarding residents' rights.
Maintain accurate documentation and records of resident care.
Immediately report any changes in a resident's condition to the supervisor, including evidence of illness, behavioral changes, unmet personal care needs, medication concerns, or unknown resident whereabouts.
Promote and encourage residents to participate in community activities.
High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate preferred.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Personal Care Aide (PCA) certification welcome but not required
One year of caregiving experience preferred.
Compassion for and a genuine desire to work with older adults is required.
