Rose Senior Living in Lewis Center, OH is seeking a Resident Assistant Shower Aide for a Monday–Friday 6a–2p schedule. You will provide high-quality personal care and support to residents with compassion and professionalism, in a team that values hospitality and patient well-being.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of experience as CNA/PCA/HHA/RA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving, incontinent care, foot care, vital signs, height and weight checks per policy.
• Assist residents with mealtime, cut food, and encourage to eat.
• Complete and document shift assignments; report to nursing supervisor if unable.
• Communicate with residents, families, Department Heads and Director of Resident Services when needed.
• Provide activities as planned and/or directed.
• Respond to call lights and emergencies promptly.

We are currently seeking an outstanding Quality of Life Specialist/Resident Assistant Shower Aide to join our team.

Hours needed: Monday- Friday 6a-2pm

***Join us for open interviews every Wednesday 10a-12p and every Saturday and Sunday 10a-12p!!***

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities:

• Assist all residents/clients with a high quality of personal care, including but not limited to; bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving, incontinent care, foot care, vital signs, height and weight checks per policy.
• Assist residents with mealtime. Cut food. Encourage to eat.

Pay starts at $16-$18.00 commensurate with experience
