Job summary

Mustang Creek Estates Flower Mound is hiring Resident Assistants – Caregivers to provide compassionate support to our seniors in a warm, family-like community. You will assist with daily activities, meals, and mobility while ensuring safety and dignity.

No experience? We offer paid training and flexible shifts (full-time, part-time, PRN) with opportunities for growth, next-day pay, telemedicine access, and a supportive benefits package including PTO and retirement plans.

Qualifications
