Job summary

The Gardens of St. Francis in Ohio is seeking a Resident Assistant for its Memory Care unit. This full-time role provides Hands-on daily living support, assists residents to maintain independence, and participates in nutritional services while upholding facility policies and cleanliness standards.

Shift is 6pm–6am with an attractive compensation package and benefits. Long-term care experience is preferred and opportunities for growth and merit-based increases are available.

Pay Scale:

$16.00 to $19.20 per hour

Full-time.

Available Shift:

6pm - 6am

Job Responsibilities:

The Resident Assistant encourages, promotes, and maintains resident independence on a daily basis. The Resident Assistant provides hands on/direct care related to activities of daily living, including providing nutritional services and maintaining resident living areas in accordance with the cleaning policies and procedures of the facility.

Requirements:
