Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities seeks a part-time Resident Assistant for Memory Care (NOC) to assist residents with daily activities, transport them to activities, and respond to emergencies while upholding care plans and vital-sign procedures. CPR certification is preferred and experience with elderly populations is valued.

The role is part-time, with overnight hours on Fridays and Saturdays, and offers benefits such as health coverage and retirement options for eligible staff.

• Reviewing and adhering to resident care plans, as well as obtaining vital signs
