Job summary

Sagora Senior Living in Caydance Community seeks a compassionate Resident Assistant for Memory Care. You will help residents with daily living, mobility, and personal care while supporting their dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• CNA certification is a plus, but not required.
• Experience with dementia care preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and other associates in English.

Responsibilities

• Care for personal needs, safety, and comfort of residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living including wardrobe, hygiene, and mobility.
• Aid in daily tasks such as housekeeping, transportation, mail, and laundry.
• Participate in resident programming.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Conduct rounds to monitor hazards or incidents.
• Assist in dining, escorting residents and cleanup.
• Other duties as assigned.
