Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is hiring for a full-time caregiver/resident assistant in Burr Ridge, IL. The role involves helping residents with daily living activities, mobility, and safety within the community.

Prioritizing compassionate, respectful care, you will support residents during the 2-10pm shift and every other weekend. Applicants should have a High School diploma or equivalent, meet state requirements, and CPR certification is preferred.

• Must meet all state educational requirements for the position.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Experience working with an elderly population is preferred.
