The Resident Assistant, or RA, is a caregiver providing assistance to residents under the supervision of the LPN and/or RN. Resident Assistants provide compassionate care that is respectful of each resident's needs, values and wishes.
Pay Range: :$16.70 - $20.36 per hour Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
