Qualifications

• Completed documented proof of CBRF Training as outlined in HFS-83.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Commitment to quality programs and services for the residents/patients/clients.
• Reliable attendance

Responsibilities

• Maintain effective communication with residents and families.
• Promote a positive image aligned with mission/values.
• Provide care as directed by the Director of Nursing A/L.
• Notify the on-duty Nurse of changes in resident status.
• Document services accurately and timely.
• Complete 15 hours of in-service training per year.
• Coordinate with scheduling to ensure adequate resident coverage.
