Benedictine in Duluth, MN is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities, help maintain their personal environment, and build meaningful relationships through patient, attentive care.

You will perform observation and documentation, assist with onboarding of new Associates, and work within a trusted, non-profit senior care team that upholds Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect, and Justice.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statue.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.
