Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care and support with daily living activities.
• Assist with meals, mobility, and personal care as needed.
• Follow resident care plans and report changes to supervisors.
• Maintain dignity, encourage independence and respect resident rights.
• Ensure safety and proper body mechanics and OSHA compliance.
• Attend staff meetings and communicate resident information to the team.
