Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a compassionate caregiver to support residents in daily living activities and maintain a safe, respectful environment. This full-time role involves assisting with grooming, bathing, and personal care within the community.

You will also transport residents to activities, respond to emergencies, and review care plans while monitoring vital signs to ensure quality care. We offer comprehensive benefits and a supportive team in Missouri.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• All state educational requirements for the position must be met.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Experience working with an elderly population is preferred.
• A calm, helpful, and respectful countenance is appreciated.
