Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a PRN caregiver to provide compassionate support to residents, helping with activities of daily living, mobility, grooming, and maintaining a clean, safe environment within the community. The role includes transporting residents to activities, responding to emergencies, and reviewing care plans while obtaining vital signs.

CPR certification is preferred; a high school diploma is required; benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k),

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Experience working with an elderly population is preferred.

Qualifications

To be successful in this position, we believe that you need the following experiences and skills.

• High School diploma or equivalent is required
• All state educational requirements for the position must be met.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Experience working with an elderly population is preferred.
• A calm, helpful, and respectful countenance is appreciated.
