Stellar Senior Living is seeking an outstanding Double Weekend Resident Assistant (6am-10pm) to join our team at The Montevista at Coronado in El Paso, TX. We deliver a Stellar life for our residents, their families and our employees, through kindness and respect.

You will support residents with daily activities, monitor safety, assist with personal care, and respond to requests, while maintaining dignity and a warm, friendly environment for seniors.

Qualifications

• Can-do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond when needed to serve residents.
• Ability to work as part of a team and also independently.
• Experience with seniors or a love for seniors.

Role Overview

Our Caregivers provide activities of daily living and other services to residents in accordance with their service plan.
