Job summary

Houghton Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in New York is seeking a full-time team member to support residents and maintain a safe, comfortable environment. This non-direct care role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and compassionate communication.

Responsibilities include recognizing issues, prioritizing tasks, following up appropriately, and performing assigned duties such as resident bed-making, internal transport, responding to call lights, and delivering meals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• U.S. work authorization preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Effective in recognizing problems and identifying workable solutions.

• This is a non-direct care position, and some required tasks will include making resident beds, internal transporting of our residents, answering resident call lights, delivering resident food trays and other tasks as assigned.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
• US work authorization (Preferred)
