Jaybird Senior Living seeks a dedicated Resident Assistant to provide personal care and support to residents per individualized service plans. Role reports to Healthcare Coordinator; Nurse’s Aide certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, grooming, nutrition, vital signs, documentation, safety, and promoting resident engagement while upholding HIPAA and participating in trainings. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities provided.

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• Minimum six months caregiving experience, preferably with elderly residents.
• Completion of required medication management course.
• CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
• Professionalism and ability to handle emotionally charged situations.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
