Job summary

Optimization Senior Living in Loveland, OH is hiring a Resident Assistant (RA) to provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents. This full-time role offers 12-hour shifts (day or night) with flexible scheduling and a supportive, team-first environment.

Key duties include assisting residents with ADLs, responding to call alerts, supporting meals, encouraging engagement in activities, and maintaining a clean, safe living space while upholding dignity and privacy.

Key Responsibilities

Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred:

• Caregiving or healthcare experience
• CPR and First Aid Certified (or willing to get certified)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs
• Long periods of walking or standing
• Frequent movement, reaching, bending, and lifting
