Job summary

LifeStance Health is actively hiring Adult Psychiatrists out of Residency in Utah for a mostly outpatient practice. The role offers flexible scheduling and a strong compensation package with a sign-on bonus. Candidates should be fully licensed in Utah, board-eligible or -certified in Psychiatry, with experience in medication management and therapy.

The position features a hybrid model (2-3 days in office, 1-2 days remote) and full benefits. Bilingual Spanish is a plus in our diverse team.

Adult Psychiatrists are a critical part of our clinical team. We’re seeking Adult Psychiatrists that are:

• Fully licensed in Utah, BE/BC in Psychiatry, unencumbered DEA.
• Experienced in both medication management as well as therapy.

$300,000 - $375,000 a year
