Job summary

Villas of Holly Brook and Reflections Memory Care in Charleston, IL, is seeking a Resident Aide (CNA/RA) for full-time days and nights. You will provide daily living assistance, monitor medications, assist with feeding, bathing, and mobility, and support residents with dignity.

No experience is required; we offer a comprehensive training program. Weekend shifts are required, and you may perform basic housekeeping and dining room duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Able to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos
• Weekends required
• No experience necessary. We have a comprehensive training program.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living assistance to residents with a friendly manner, including medication supervision, feeding, bathing, and helping with mobility and restroom needs.
• Provide medication supervision and verbal encouragement and direct support to residents.
• Basic housekeeping and dining room duties as needed.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

Hours - 12 hours, Day shift and Night shift available

Responsibilities

• Responsibilities include providing daily living assistance to our residents with a friendly smile. This may include medication supervision, feeding, bathing, and taking residents to the restroom.
• Duties may include providing medication supervision and verbal encouragement and direct support to our residents.
• The Caregiver responsibilities may also include basic housekeeping and dining room duties as needed.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary. We have a comprehensive training program.
• Able to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos
• Able to work various schedules and shifts as needed.
• Weekends required

Will consider experience as resident assistants (RA), direct support person (DSP), caregiver, and certified nurse assistants (C.N.A.).
