Job summary

Butterfly Homes Assisted Living in the Billings Heights is seeking part-time Caregiver/Resident Aide for evening and day shifts. You will assist residents with daily activities, support mobility, and help maintain their comfort and dignity.

This role values compassionate, dependable team players with good communication and a positive attitude. Training is provided; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to assist residents with daily activities.
• Must maintain appropriate resident documentation as needed.
• Ability to follow directions for vitals and basic care tasks.
• Willingness to learn and follow care plans and policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living
• Maintain resident documentation as needed
• Obtain residents vitals as directed
• Distribute resident medications for their self-administration
• Clean resident rooms and common areas as scheduled
• Provide laundry services to residents

Job Duties

To care for residents in an Assisted Living environment while helping to maintain the resident’s quality of life with dignity and respect.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living
• Maintain resident documentation as needed
• Obtain residents vitals as directed
• Distribute resident medications for their self-administration
• Clean resident rooms and common areas as scheduled
• Provide laundry services to residents
• Other duties as assigned by Supervision

Educational Requirement

High school education or equivalent preferred but not required. Previous direct care experience desired, but will train the right candidate.

Must be able to frequently sit, stand, bend, and stoop.
Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 lbs.
