Job summary

Infinity Healthcare Consulting is seeking an Activity Aide to support the planned activity program for residents. The role involves assisting with activities, transporting residents when needed, and performing clerical tasks in compliance with regulations and company policies.

The position requires a high school diploma and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. CNA experience is preferred but not required, with a focus on maintaining a positive facility image and health screening

Responsibilities

• Aides assist the activities leader or director in running activities for residents, including arts, crafts, outdoor, sports, music, or drama.
• Prepare equipment and ensure participant safety during activities.
• Lead participants in group activities such as exercise classes or art projects.
• Maintain records of equipment use and inventory.
• Assist in planning programs to provide socialization, relaxation and exercise.
