Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in healthcare, volunteering, or personal experience preferred.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Valid Illinois driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide feedback to the Activity Director to monitor goals with a team approach.
• Chart daily resident participation in activities.
• Lead interactive activity programs to enhance residents’ quality of life.
• Conduct daily activities on varied schedules.
• Perform other related duties to support resident well-being and engagement.
• Other duties as assigned.
