Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Activity Director or in a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certification in activity programming or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an engaging activity program for residents, including social, recreational, educational, and therapeutic activities.
• Coordinate and facilitate activities such as arts and crafts, games, exercise programs, and entertainment events.
• Collaborate with nursing, dietary, and social services to support holistic resident care.
• Assess resident needs and preferences to tailor programs and activities.
• Supervise activity assistants, volunteers, and other staff.
• Maintain accurate records and reports including logs, attendance, and resident feedback.
