Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and implementing activities programs.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of activities programs; make recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of activities and resident participation.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to align activities with resident care plans.
  • Participate in resident assessment and care planning processes.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned by the Activities Director.
