• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0-1 Years of Relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging programs by organizing activities, events, and entertainment that promote socialization and well-being for residents.
• Promote participation by communicating upcoming activities to residents and encouraging involvement.
• Tailor activities to resident needs by assessing cognitive and physical abilities to ensure inclusive activities.
• Prepare for success by setting up activity spaces and organizing equipment and supplies.
• Lead and document activities such as arts and crafts, games, music, and exercise, recording participation and outcomes.
