Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Activity Assistant Certification preferred.
• CNA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize and participate in activity programming for residents.
• Provide one-to-one interventions and small/large group activities.
• Utilize diverse activity models (pet, music, art therapy) to tailor programming.
• Decorate the facility and prepare for special events and seasonal parties.
• Develop and post monthly calendars for residents and families.
• Promote resident engagement and community involvement.
• Maintain records of activities and attendance.
