BAYADA Home Health Care in Massachusetts is offering a Nurse Residency Program for nursing graduates with a scheduled or passed NCLEX in the United States. The program is accredited by the ANCC and stands as the only paid new graduate residency in home care.

The program features one-on-one nursing care, weekly pay, paid training and shadowing, and flexible scheduling after a 6-week training period. It also includes benefits such as health coverage, a 401K plan, and a loan forgiveness partnership.

Qualifications

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S. and graduation from a qualified nursing program.
• CPR certification in good standing.
