Job summary

Providence is seeking a Program Coordinator to oversee the operational and financial management of its residency/fellowship training program. Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, you will ensure alignment with accreditation standards and hospital policies while exercising initiative and independent judgment.

Qualifications

  • 3 years minimum; 3-5 years of office administration experience in healthcare or education preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
  • TAGME Certification upon hire when available.

Description

With oversight and direction from the Chief Medical Officer, the Program Coordinator is responsible for the operational and financial management of the accredited/non-accredited residency/fellowship training program. The position requires a comprehensive and detailed understanding of national accreditation policies and hospital policies, as well as a high degree of initiative and independent judgment.

Required Qualifications:
  • 3 years Minimum of 3-5 years of office administration experience, preferably in a healthcare and/or education setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field Or equivalent educ/experience
  • Upon hire: Training Administrators of Graduate Medical Education (TAGME) Certification - when available

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Pay Range: $31.43 - $48.08. The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
