About the Position:
As an Residency/Fellowship Program Coordinator 2 in the Department of Pathology at Stanford University, you will independently manage and support the daily operations of one or more residency or clinical fellowship programs, which may include multiple subspecialties. You will coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and off boarding processes, maintain compliance with accreditation requirements (such as ACGME), and manage program evaluations, rotation schedules, and credentialing. You will serve as the primary liaison for faculty, residents, hospitals, and internal departments, interpreting policies and resolving issues as needed. You will also assist with event planning, budget monitoring, and preparation for accreditation site visits. Success in this role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate complex institutional requirements.

Working Conditions:
The expected pay range for this position is $80,655 - $150,555
