St. Lawrence NYSARC is in New York, NY, seeking a professional to assist in coordinating residential programs for individuals with developmental disabilities. You'll supervise Direct Support Professionals.
The position requires a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and a commitment to personal development and inclusion. Strong organizational skills and supervisory experience are essential for success in this role.
40 hours, flexible to the needs of the residential program. There is a minimum of twenty five (25) contact hours per week and sixteen (16) weekend hours per month, or in certain instances, fifty (50) contact hours in a bi-week.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Assist in coordination of the people we support’s total residential program, stressing independence, inclusion, individualization and productivity.

Direct Support Professionals
Travel is routinely expected throughout Jefferson and St Lawrence counties or other areas as deemed appropriate for the needs of the people we support.
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
