Overview

Ohel is seeking a dynamic and experienced candidate to oversee a residential program for adults diagnosed with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. The Residence Manager will lead the team providing 24-hour oversight to the residential program and will balance administrative and clinical aspects. The Residence Manager is responsible for the physical, emotional and medical care of the individuals living in the program, the physical plant of the home, administrative oversight of documentation and regulation implementation, as well as supervision of an interdisciplinary team. The Residence Manager will interact regularly with the individuals, their families, day program staff, medical providers, as well as supervisors and colleagues within the agency. Salary: $66,300
