Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of related work experience required.
• Available for duty and rotating on-call service during weekends, alternate shifts, various days of the week, and some holidays.
• Candidate may be required to live in residence hall location either on or off campus as assigned.
• Work may involve physical tasks such as moving furniture and operating a computer.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operation of the assigned residence hall community and provide adult supervision and crisis intervention.
• Support and attend student-sponsored events and activities with the residential community.
• Ensure time sheets, daily reports, incident reports and related paperwork are completed timely and accurately.
• Maintain room rosters and contact information for all occupants.
• Coordinate, plan and present educational and social programs with residential life staff.
• Ensure facilities issues are reported accurately and resolved promptly.
• Provide training and mentoring for front desk work study staff.
• Serve as advisor and mentor for the Residence Hall Council.
