Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate scrubbing, buffing, and shampooing equipment for floor and surface maintenance.
• Clean, seal, wax, and polish surfaces and fixtures with appropriate materials.
• Perform minor maintenance tasks like door adjustments and replacing components.
• Move, sort, store, and deliver equipment and supplies as needed.
• Assist tradespeople with materials handling for repairs and alterations.
• Open drains, lock/unlock buildings, and manage basic upkeep as directed.
