Qualifications

• Progressively responsible custodial experience in hospitality/commercial/industrial fields or an equivalent combination of relevant education and related experience.
• Experience leading, directing and/or training staff.
• Proficient experience using computers and various software applications.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine inspections and submits end of day reports.
• Inspects areas for cleanliness and ensures tasks are completed.
• Organizes workload for a custodial team.
• Assists Custodial Supervisor team with training staff.
• Ensures PPE and safety protocols are followed.
• Maintains inventory of custodial equipment and supplies.
