The University of Vermont seeks a Residence Director in Burlington to supervise Resident Advisors, foster inclusive communities, and support student development in a live-on role. You will help students thrive both inside and outside the classroom through leadership and collaboration.

Residence Director

The University of Vermont's Department of University Housing & Dining Services (UHDS) is seeking a Residence Director to support a dynamic residential Learning Community and help students thrive both inside and outside the classroom.

As a live-on professional staff member, the Residence Director supervises Resident Advisors, builds community through restorative practices and student engagement, supports student success initiatives, and participates in an on-call rotation.

Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

• Bachelor's degree
• 1-2 years experience working in residential life

Anticipated Pay Range

$41,000-$42,000 (11-months)

Other Information

Successful candidates will be subject to background check due to the live-in nature of this position. This is an 11-month position, July 1 - May 31.
