Hilton Miami Beach is seeking a warm and professional Condominium Concierge to welcome residents and guests and deliver memorable hospitality experiences. You will greet guests, coordinate requests, answer phones, and help manage packages and daily services in a luxury environment.

Responsibilities

Here’s what you'll do during a typical day:

• Create a warm welcome: Greet residents and guests with an upbeat and professional attitude
• Respond to resident needs: Provide information, resolve concerns, and handle inquiries with care and efficiency
• Support daily services: Answer phones, retrieve packages, mail, and faxes, and coordinate resident requests
• Ensure safety and security: Monitor building activity, report concerns, and assist in emergency situations
